Every year
SurrogacyIndia chooses best employee of the year. And the main purpose of selecting
the best employee of the year is to appreciate their work and to motivate them
to perform better in the coming years.
It was very
hard for Dr. Yashodhara and Dr. Sudhir to select best employee of the year. For
them each employee is special and valuable, as all the employees contribute equal
amount of contribution towards their work. However, they had to choose the best
amongst all the employees.
Ms. Vineeta Kuckian,
Executive-Medical Operations was chosen as best employee of the year, 2012 and
Mrs. Raj Kaur Kaushal, Senior Client Coordinator as a runner up. For Raj,
this was the consecutive year to be a runner up.

I'm so glad to read this. Ever since coming home from India I'd been meaning to write you a note telling you all about our INCREDIBLE experience with Vineeta (but there's a little baby who keeps demanding attention...) Vineeta is so deserving of this award. Congratulations to a super woman!
