It’s been 5 years now that the SI, our baby has grown
into a big family. Since its family, we want to treat everyone equally and do
not want to compromise on quality. However big we grow, we still want to keep a
track of everything and keep everyone happy. Hence, we want our esteemed clients to have their guidance incorporated into our
vision and strategic plan.
We believe a feedback form can help us know what our client’s
perspectives are. This is not only to maintain or improve customer
satisfaction but it also feeds us with information such as what do our
customers want from us. So,
after thoughtful study of our services, we created a feedback form. Here, we
must thank our client Anu Joelsson giving her valuable suggestions
in preparing the final format of our feedback form. We truly appreciate her
time and efforts to make this possible.
We
completely understand that customer feedbacks may be positive or negative. Of
course, it is always good to receive a positive one, which means that our
customers are satisfied about the services offered by us.
SI is
being perceived by a business that cares, we are open for criticism. When delivered the right way, at the right time, criticism is in fact
highly motivating. Hence, we welcome negative feedbacks and request
your suggestions and solutions. If there are no suggestions then we have no
idea on how to deal with the problems.
For a
negative feedback, we promise to quickly rectify the issues specified by you as
soon as possible. We will certainly endeavor to respond when we make the
change/s.
